How can I order from Debbie's Cards?
You are welcome to place an order online, on our direct order line, 1-513-779-4935, or by mail order.  We want you to be comfortable when you order from Debbie's Cards.  Order the way you are most comfortable.

What are your shipping rates?
Currently all items are shipped by United States Postal Services.  All shipments will have billed a flat $8.50 shipping fee.  Occasionally, we offer FREE shipping with a specified amount.  At this time, if you purchase $75.00 or more, we will ship your product for FREE by the United States Postal Service.  Continental USA only.

How do I return an item?
You may return most items sold by DebbiesCards.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  You must contact debbiescards.com, 1-513-779-4935,  for a return authorization.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to return or exchange items marked FINAL SALE.

How long will it take for me to receive my credit?
Once a product is approved for return and  received at our store, your credit will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours and may take up to 2 business weeks to post to your credit card. Shipping & Handling costs incurred when placing the order and when returning are not refundable.

What if the item I ordered got damaged in transit or is defective?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, debbiescards.com, will send you a replacement provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
* The customer must agree to follow any claim process.  In the event requested, all items must be returned in the original packing/box.
